Communication for a return with seller is horrible
I simply need to exchange 3 out of 5 pair I purchased (which is over $500 btw) and for 2 weeks NOONE has acknowledged my email. My husband works very hard and needs these pants asap but obviously they could seriously care less. Horrible service. I’m not happy at all. I’m still waiting for a response.

These boots keeps your feet warm. While my coworkers at work used to sit in front of the heat blowers, trying to warm up their feet, I would always deliberately walk by them with a smirk on my face, indirectly taunting them, until they curiously started inquiring about the warmth and the quality of the boots. Afterwards, they all started purchasing the boots. These are my second pair.
