Shipment Processing Time

Most orders ship within one to two business days, unless stated otherwise on the item page. If there is a high volume of orders and shipments, there may be delays. Our customer service representatives will be in touch if there is a delay in your order.

There will be no deliveries or shipments on holidays or weekends.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Order confirmations are emailed when your order is processed and a tracking notification will be emailed upon shipment of your order.

Hazardous Materials and Expedited Delivery

HazMat and expedite fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Fearless Outfitters and Safeware Inc. are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Safeware Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

All shortages and damages must be communicated within 48 hours of product receipt.
Returns Policy
SALES POLICY REVISIONS: Items related to nonstandard events resulting in increased demand cannot be cancelled and will not be considered for return once shipped and invoiced. Natural Disasters, Government Action, Acts of War or Terrorism, Material Shortages, Pandemic or like situations are considered nonstandard events.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Any product to be returned must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number provided by Safeware Customer Service, prior to being returned. Return Materials Authorizations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of each box. Authorization for the return must be obtained in writing. No credit will be issued for items that are not in resaleable condition at the sole discretion of Safeware. A restocking charge may apply for all products accepted for credit, provided such goods are in saleable condition and are less than 30 days old.

Products that may not be returned for credit are:

  • Products with an expiration date
  • Customized or logo products
  • Clearance and/or Discontinued products
